We believe in providing a flexible and customer-friendly return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please read the below information carefully before initiating a return.
Refund Policy:
Our return policy allows for replacements in the following cases:
- You have received a wrong product.
- The received product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product has been received in a damaged condition.
To ensure safe return shipping, please keep the original packaging including all foam and cushioning. Please note that we do not process refunds. In case of any of the above-mentioned issues, we will replace the same or an alternative product of the same or lower value.
Cancellation:
We understand that changing one's mind is a natural thing. However, once an order is placed, we regret to inform you that we're unable to make any alterations or cancellations at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to introduce a cancellation window in the future.
Return Process:
Our return policy applies within 7 days of receiving the product for the following reasons:
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect
To help us understand why you want to return the product, we kindly request you to send us two images - one of the damaged part and one of the entire product. You can send the images to our email address info@decowiser.com. Our Quality Assurance team will review the images to ensure that your return request meets the eligibility criteria. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product and send you two documents to be provided to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup. It takes approximately 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 4-6 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will verify the merchandise and initiate the replacement process.
Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging along with all tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels, invoice, etc. The product should be unused and in its original condition.
