Can I cancel my order?

We understand that changing one's mind is a natural thing. However, once an order is placed, we regret to inform you that we're unable to make any alterations or cancellations at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to introduce a cancellation window in the future.

What if I want to speak to someone?

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within India. Please contact us to inquire about shipping to a different destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We currently offer standard shipping, which takes 4 to 6 business days for delivery.

Returns and Replacements

Do you have a return policy?

We take pride in providing high-quality products, but in the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective product, or a product that has been damaged in transit, we offer a replacement policy. Please note that this policy applies only in the following cases:

- You have received a wrong product.
- The received product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product has been received in a damaged condition.

How can I start the process of getting a replacement?

To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your product. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will send a replacement to you at no extra cost.
